Terms & Conditions

  • Our standard hire period is 4 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This allows time for collection/delivery, use at your event, and return.
  • All props will be hired out clean and ready to use.
  • You are welcome to add items, subject to availability, or remove items you no longer require. Any changes may affect the final balance payable.
  • To secure your hire booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the props hire charge is required.
  • Payments are to be made by bank transfer.
  • The remaining balance, including any delivery and collection charges, must be paid no later than 14 days before the event date.
  • In the event of loss or damage to any hired items, we will notify you of the replacement or repair cost, and an invoice will be issued accordingly.
  • If The Props Barn cancels a hire booking, all monies paid will be refunded in full. We will also do our very best to recommend an alternative supplier who may be able to assist.
  • If the entire booking is cancelled by you within 2 weeks of the event, the styling deposit remains non-refundable.
  • Extended hire terms are available on request.
  • All boxes & lids are to be returned dry and intact
  • The Props Barn accepts no responsibility for injury or damage caused by any hired items. All goods are hired and used entirely at the hirer’s own risk and responsibility.
  • All prices shown are net costs and will have VAT added. 
  • Props will need to be collected from our workshop at a pre-agreed time, Manor barns, Innox lane, Upper Swainswick, Bath BA18DB

    We aren’t offering delivery at this stage, but maybe able to do in the future.
